Valravn, Pipe Scream, Balloon Race, Gemini, Cedar Creek Mine Ride, CP & LE Railroad, Rougarou, Millennium Force, Scrambler, Troika, Matterhorn, Raptor, Gatekeeper, Blue Streak, Iron Dragon

To take advantage of Cedar Point’s bring-a-friend discount, the whole fam when to Cedar Point on Mother’s Day. However, make sure you read into Cedar Point’s offers before going to a special event, because we had to pay full price for my sister when we though she was $18. Why? Bring-a-friend was only good for one guest per platinum pass. I have a platinum pass and Adam has a platinum pass, therefore we could only get our parents in for $18 and not my sister. It was a bummer.
That aside, it was a very pleasant day at the roller coast. The crowds were very minimal and the weather was perfect.
Other than Valravn, we waited no more than 15 minutes for everything. May is always the perfect time to go; everyone is still in school.
Mean Streak was closed. *coughs* R.M.C. *hacks some more* Top Thrill Dragster was down much of the day as well. It’s ok, though. I’ve got all season!
As a warning: I do not have FunPix, but I have heard of many people having issues with it so far. If you decide to invest in it, be cautious. Some passholders have been saying that some of the pictures are not turning out.
When you’re at Cedar Point this season, check out the new paint jobs! Raptor and Top Thrill Dragster are looking fresh.
This blog post is dedicated to my mother for Mother’s Day, who braved the Pipe Scream.
This blog post is also dedicated to my father for his birthday, who rode Raptor, Rougarou, Gatekeeper, and my all time favorite, Millennium Force, for the first time on this day.
